As an expert on diversity intelligence, Heidi primarily works in organizations enhancing gender balance and cultural intelligence.
Heidi is the author of Diversity Intelligence How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for your Business (2021) – a step by step handbook on enhancing diversity, equity and belonging by fostering a culture of inclusion in organizations worldwide.
She worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen and has held prominent positions in private organisations and cofounded several cultural institutions.
Heidi studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, and she is a certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner.
She is a member of LIVING INSTITUTE’s Global Task Force and has been working in the USA, India, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Estonia, Slovenia, Norway and Portugal.
She is a member of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals Advisory Board of the Federation of Danish Industry.
