Heidi R. Andersen

Heidi R. Andersen is the Founder and Founding Partner of Living Institute.
Heidi is currently on leave from her day-to-day role but remains involved as a strategic sparring partner, supporting the institute’s work on leadership, organisational culture, and human capability.

Over the years, she has played a central role in shaping Living Institute’s perspective on how organisations can foster trust, engagement, and sustainable performance.
She is the author of Diversity Intelligence: How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for Your Business (Wiley), a book recommended at 238 business schools and universities, including INSEAD, Oxford, and London Business School — reflecting her early work on inclusion, which has evolved into today’s broader focus on leadership, culture, and human potential.

Heidi has brought extensive experience from private organisations and cultural institutions.
She studied Strategy, Growth, and Change Leadership at Wharton Business School and is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Practitioner.
As a member of Living Institute’s Global Task Force, she has facilitated solutions for organisations such as Deloitte, Novo Nordisk, Vestas, SAP, Carlsberg, Rambøll, Danfoss, Danske Bank, L’Oréal, Siemens, and Copenhagen Business School.
