S. Salman Ahmad is a Chief Consultant with a PhD in Psychology.
Born and raised in India, Salman has lived and worked across South Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
He is currently based in Denmark, where he consults on leadership, organizational development and cross-cultural management. He also teaches at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen. He is a certified LEGO® Serious Play Trainer and ‘When Cultures Meet’® facilitator.
Drawing on his extensive knowledge of the science of the functioning of self and identity, his practical experiences of diverse cultures and his understanding of the needs of international business, Salman is skilled in designing and delivering organizational interventions that help to align people development with the strategic needs of the organization.
At LIVING INSTITUTE, he designs and facilitates country-specific and leadership workshops. In this capacity, Salman has facilitated solutions for Engie, DNV, Saint Gobain, Fortum, Henley Busienss School, Astra Zeneca, Indian Danish Chamber of Commerce, Rockwoll, Nordgroup, Siemens, Leo Pharma, FLSmidth, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danfoss, Radiometer, MAN Diesel, Trellis, KMD, Rambøll and Danske Bank.
