S. Salman Ahmad, Chief Consultant, PhD

Salman brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership development and organisational change, having worked across the business, educational and non-profit sectors across South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.  

His clients include Siemens, LEO Pharma, Engie, Fortum, FL Smidth, MAN Energy, Exotec, Danske Bank, Saint-Gobain, Thales, Pandora, Henley Business School, Danfoss, Ørsted, and the European Union. He also teaches in the area of leadership development and organisational change at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen.

Salman has a passion for promoting cross-cultural understanding and facilitating dialogue across organisational divides. He specialises in using experiential, immersive methods in his work, with a focus on aligning behavioural change with organisational strategy. He has led a number of long-term strategic change initiatives in organisations working across various managerial levels, from top executives to middle, and junior managers.

He is known for his vast knowledge, strong presence, and his ability to decode complex human and organizational phenomena and translate them into elegant, practical solutions. Where others see chaos and friction, Salman is able to identify the underlying patterns, cutting through the noise to deliver clear, actionable strategies that people can actually rally behind.
