Jukka-Pekka “JP” Keisala, IT Operations, brings more than 25 years’ experience in web development, digital platforms, and systems integration across the Nordic and European markets.
JP keeps Living Institute’s digital backbone running website, CRM, email tools, and learning platforms. So the team can focus on the work and not the wiring. His approach is practical and outcome-driven: connect proven tools, automate what should be automatic, and keep everything secure and GDPR-compliant.
Originally from Finland and based in Copenhagen, JP has spent his career at the meeting point of business and technology, leading digital projects for Nordic and international organisations.
In 2024, JP co-founded Flowcourier, an AI-first digital agency based in Copenhagen. Through this work he supports Living Institute’s WordPress site and Pipedrive integration, where event sign-ups flow directly to the sales team—no copy-paste, instant leads.
JP is fluent in English, Finnish and Spanish, and works comfortably in Danish. He lives in Frederiksberg with his family and writes about technology at jpkeisala.com.
