Mette brings more than 20 years’ experience in People, Organisation and Change, with a strong passion for leadership development and cultural transformation. Her career spans senior executive roles and trusted advisory positions, where she has consistently delivered impact through strategic leadership and organisational change.
Most recently, Mette served as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President at Vipps MobilePay, co-leading the strategic, operational and cultural integration of two major Nordic brands, crafting organisational structures and talent strategies to enable sustainable growth.
Mette has spent her career consulting on leadership, people and culture, including seven years as a Senior Leadership Specialist and Partner at Implement Consulting Group, advising global clients on leadership development and organisational change. She has designed and facilitated large-scale leadership programs for companies such as Siemens Gamesa, Maersk and Danske Bank, with a relentless focus on measurable behavioural change and impact.
Her earlier career includes transformation leadership roles at Maersk Tankers, Nasdaq OMX, and HR Director positions at Inter IKEA Centre Group and Deadline Games, where she built HR functions from the ground up and supported CEOs through complex transitions.
With postgraduate studies in Organisational Development and Cross-Cultural Studies, and a degree in International HR Management, Mette combines academic rigour with practical experience. She thrives in ambitious, trust-based environments and believes that curious and courageous leadership is the cornerstone of successful transformation.
