He has an interesting profile right at the intersection between business and psychology. Due to this unique combination, he is experienced in both business and private industry and the academic world. Drawing on his work with advertisement and his research career, Sinué uses blended learning when facilitating workshops to ensure the learning process is exciting, engaging and has a personal influence.
He has a strong focus on understanding how culture, emotional reactions and memories affect people’s decisions. His passion is helping leaders and employees discovering how unconscious biases affect our everyday and business decisions, for good and sometimes for bad.
Born and raised in México, and since 2010 based in Denmark, Sinué has lived and worked in different countries. He has experience as a facilitator by working for NGOs in Mexico. He also has a deep practical insight into the decision model in business due to his work in the advertisement sector with Disney’s Magic English World. Sinué is a researcher and lecturer at Aarhus University, where he holds lectures on Cognitive Models of Perception and their influence on decision making. He is an engaging speaker and thrives as a facilitator.
