Laetitia Ramberti, Trainer and facilitator
She created her first company in Italy in 1999 to promote young Italian producers and enable them to set up co-production projects. She has acquired professional expertise in project-oriented work with multicultural, intergenerational, and multi-sectoral publics, which she gained during more than 12 years working in the film industry, promoting Italian cinema abroad.

Laetitia followed a master’s degree in the Educational Field to become a Trainer for adults. Since then, she has been developing training programs for Managers, for large companies, in different fields food industry, transport sector, logistics, public sector, and for start-ups (trade and real estate).

She is an occasional lecturer at the ECV in Nantes (School of Design) to prepare Master students to present their projects.

Laetitia is French and Italian. She was born in Rome (Italy) to a Breton mother and a Roman father. She studied at the French College in Rome and then moved in Paris. There, she studied History and Cultural Management and graduated from Paris 1 University and the Institute of European Studies. It has drawn its strength: logical AND creative.

She is a certified facilitator in the LEGO® Serious Play® method and she designs and facilitates seminars and workshops to enable people to better work together, in an inclusive way.

She’s one active member of the global community of facilitators and during the COVID-19 she coordinated several online Open Space Huddle to build the Future of Facilitation and online meeting for teams to better work together using tools from the Collective Intelligence as Liberating Structures.
