Aleksandra Darul-Hagemeister, Senior Consultant, MBA, University of Bath, UK. She holds master university degree in Organizational & Work Psychology from University of Wuppertal, Germany. Aleksandra is a Certified Facilitator Diversity Management & Intercultural Opening and a Diversity Trainer.
She has extensive professional expertise in project-oriented work in multicultural, cross-functional and remote teams which she gained during more than 13 years of working as a consultant and project manager in multinational companies (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deutsche Post, eBay).
Due to her practical work experience she is familiar with different business cultures ranging from large corporations to small start ups as well as various industries: internet business, financial services, management consulting, logistics & e-commerce, tourism and adult education.
She has a thorough understanding of the challenges that businesses face when striving to combine their business goals with the needs, motivations and potentials of their employees.
Her practical expertise is also well founded scientifically due to her research work on international business development and multicultural project teams.
As an independent consultant, trainer and university lecturer she is designing and conducting seminars and workshops to facilitate an inclusive work culture and enable personal change and growth.
She was born in Gdańsk, Poland. Since 2000 she has been living and working in Germany – she is currently living with her family in Berlin.
