Mette Nørr Gantzhorn is a self-employed, experienced Associate Consultant affiliated with LIVING INSTITUTE. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University and is an experienced corporate leader within topics related to inclusion, diversity, well-being and change management leadership.
Mette has previously carried several senior leadership positions within People & Organization. Before joining Ørsted as Head of Global Inclusion, Diversity & Well-Being, she worked at Novo Nordisk for more than 11 years, most recently serving as Director and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated her focus on ensuring that companies create the context, culture, systems and mindsets where everyone, no matter who they are, will be able to perform at their best.
As a leader, mother and business psychologist, Mette is passionately curious about what drives change, – in people, between people, in organizations and cultures. How do we create future fit companies, where people are being respected for who they are, appreciated for what they bring to the table and rewarded equally for what they accomplish while living sustainable lives? Mette’s philosophy is that the best companies are where the best people want to work. This is what excites her and keeps her hungry.
Mette has contributed to several books, articles and podcasts within the areas of Diversity, Inclusion and Change Leadership through behavioral design.
A Danish native, Mette has lived and studied abroad in England and Scotland.
