Laura Pansa Niebuhr is a Student Assistant with a BA, soon to be MSc, in Science of Education from Aarhus University, specializing within the field of development and leadership in human resource and organizations.
Laura is currently writing her Master Thesis about diversity in recruitment, which focusses on how to create a more diverse recruitment process.
Laura’s passions lie broadly across the entire field of diversity and inclusion. She takes great interest in how to understand and create an inclusive and diverse work culture in organizations, as well as inclusive management development, diverse & inclusive recruitment processes, and how to enhance equality and gender balance. Most importantly, Laura is motivated to immerse herself in the field of diversity and inclusion and grow her understanding and competencies further.
During the last four years Laura has been working in HR with general HR-support, recruitment, HR partnering & development, and project management. At the same time, she has been a part of improving and developing several diversity & inclusion projects in both the IT and NGO industry. She has also worked as a project lead at The Danish Red Cross Youth.
Laura lives in Copenhagen, Denmark and speaks English and Danish.
