Laetitia Ramberti, MA in Education, is a Senior Consultant, Trainer and Facilitator at LIVING INSTITUTE.
Laetitia created her first company in Italy in 1999 as a means to promote young Italian film producers and help them establish co-production projects. Working for more than 12 years promoting Italian cinema abroad, she acquired extensive professional experience in project-oriented work with multicultural, intergenerational, and multi-sectoral publics.
She studied at the French College in Rome, before moving to Paris, where she studied History and Cultural Management at Paris 1 University and the Institute of European Studies. Her diverse education helped her forge her particular strengths: she’s logical and creative. Laetitia followed this with an MA in Education to become a trainer for adults. She has since developed training programs for managers and large companies in a range of industries – food, transport and logistics, and the public sector – as well as in start-ups in trade and real estate.
As a certified facilitator in the LEGO® Serious Play® method, Laetitia designs and facilitates seminars and workshops to enable people to better work together in an inclusive way. She’s an active member of a global community of facilitators and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she coordinated several online Open Space Huddles to build the future of facilitation. She also organized online meetings for teams to work better together using tools from the Collective Intelligence as Liberating Structures approach. She is also an occasional lecturer at the ECV in Nantes (School of Design), where she helps prepare master’s students to present their projects.
Laetitia is French and Italian. She was born in Rome to a Breton mother and a Roman father.
